EMPOWERING MOVEMENT,
SHAPING FUTURES

The Invictus Play program has been designed to teach physical literacy by providing the children (ages 7-13) with a vast movement vocabulary via exploration and diversity of physical exercise.

INVICTUS play!

The Invictus Play program has been designed to teach physical literacy by providing the children (ages 7-13) with a vast movement vocabulary via exploration and diversity of physical exercise. We allow Sampling of a wide array of skills, technical training and biomotor abilities that builds the foundations (ABC’s) for competencies of any sport

This lays the robust foundation for future training as well as creating well-rounded individuals by equipping them with  life  skills. Experiential learning is at the centre of our program where skills and values are taught for every facet of life.

It allows for a smooth transition into the Learn to Train phase addressed in Invictus Academy, and further equips the child with the resources to handle intense training over a longer period of time to ensure a lifelong engagement in Sports and Fitness.
