Where Human Performance Is Scientifically Engineered

About Us

Performance Is A
System,
Not Chance.

At Invictus, we don’t train to feel better. We train to see measurable improvements across every facet. Every journey begins with measurement, advances through intelligent design, and evolves through continuous refinement.

Our philosophy blends sports science, physiotherapy, biomechanics, physiology, nutrition, and coaching into one unified ecosystem. The outcome is simple: clarity, precision, and performance that can be measured — not imagined.
Over the last 10 years, we’ve built performers by understanding the human in front of us, solving the right problems, and engineering sustainable progress through data-backed systems.

This is not fitness.
This is not a workout.
This is The Science of Performance.

Rohan Mathew

Director, Chief Scientific Officer

Rohan’s journey began with curiosity — how the human body moves, learns, adapts, and performs. His early years of martial arts training shaped his understanding of skill, discipline, and movement intelligence. That curiosity led him to specialise further, completing a Master’s in Applied Sport & Exercise Physiology from Bangor University, UK. At Invictus, Rohan applies scientific reasoning and systems thinking to transform data into decisions. His work spans applied research, performance coaching, organisational development, and interdisciplinary system design. Rohan builds feedback loops, protocols, and performance solutions that integrate physiology, biomechanics, psychology, and technology — creating environments where athletes, teams, and organisations can excel. His mission: develop transdisciplinary performance systems that are measurable, scalable, and deeply human.

Varun Shetty

Founder, CEO & High Performance Coach

Varun’s path into human performance is anything but conventional — from mechanical engineering to IT, to ultimately pursuing what truly mattered: understanding how the human body performs, adapts, and excels. His philosophy blends measurable science with the pursuit of mastery. Varun is a firm believer in one principle: Assess, don’t guess. A black belt in Bujinkan Ninjutsu under Grandmaster Masaaki Hatsumi, he combines battlefield-born movement intelligence with modern performance technology. This rare combination allows him to see performance through both ancient wisdom and cutting-edge analytics. Varun leads Invictus with engineering discipline and multidisciplinary curiosity — spanning strength & conditioning, physiotherapy, biomechanics, nutrition, psychology, biohacking, and sports tech. He designs systems that are precise, practical, and proven — for individuals, teams, and elite performers across India and beyond.
